Key responsibilities

  • Accountable for supporting the ABM Manager in the delivery of the ABM strategy.
  • Conduct research of high-value target accounts, key stakeholders and the offering to ensure communication resonates with the right decision makers.

This should include insights generation and stakeholder mapping.

  • Develop tailored, 1:1 and 1: Few engagement campaigns, derived from the insights.

This should include messaging matrix development, content planning, execution strategy, which ensures our brand tone of voice and brand messaging.

  • Execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across current marketing automation software. Utilising full Marketing tech stack.
  • Plan and execute relevant account-specific events (e. g. roundtables, VIP webinars) creating targeted marketing collateral.
  • Responsibility for content development supporting individual and the wider ABM team campaigns across a variety of online and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wider marketing, business development, policy and technical to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of ABM initiatives.

Ensuring the alignment of messaging, content and delivery channels, as well as managing expectations of projects and working to a deadline to support the team and wider business.

  • Responsible for relationship building and nurturing across target accounts to deliver marketing qualified contacts.
  • Ownership of campaign metrics and performance measurement via KPI's to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Ensuring all Marketing generated data is managed legally and appropriately.
  • Ownership of personal development plan to self-develop in marketing and professional skills, ensuring you are keeping on top of your specialism and up-to-date on prospect news and new trends in the marketing industry.

What we're looking for

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Experienced with research tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with Stakeholder mapping
  • Communications experience, including planning and copywriting Experience in utilising digital tools to improve prospect engagement
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Understanding of brand marketing
