What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring that all licenced and unlicenced asbestos works are completed safely, on time, to cost and quality in accordance with applicable legislation, industry best practice and internal processes and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This may include leading and delivering some less complex licenced and unlicenced asbestos works as required.
- Provide licensed and unlicensed asbestos removal knowledge and expertise to other parts of the business, not limited to demolition and remediation operations and business development.
- Work closely with the BD, Account Management and Bids and Offers teams to provide advice and technical input concerning Asbestos removal to Tender responses.
- Act as a knowledgeable individual when liaising with the Clients, Stakeholder and HSE in all compliance matters. Travel to various sites throughout the UK required.
What we're looking for:
- Licensed/unlicensed asbestos removal expertise with strong knowledge of legislation, HSE regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to lead and deliver asbestos projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Experience providing asbestos expertise across demolition, remediation, and business development functions
- Track record of contributing technical input to bid responses and tender submissions
- Credible communicator with clients, stakeholders, and HSE on compliance matters
- Willingness to travel across UK sites to support project delivery
