What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the maintenance and servicing of up to 250 vehicles
- Ensuring compliance, safety and all legal requirements are met
- Overseeing a team of workshop engineers, planning in works and scheduled works for 6 months in advance
- Responsible for the running of a busy workshop which operates over two shifts
- Maintaining safety and compliance
- Delivering cost savings where available
- Splitting your time between office duties and workshop duties

What we’re looking for:
- Previous workshop experience
- Team leader or management experience would be highly advantageous
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Qualification or equivalent
- IT literate
- Good organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence and persuade differing levels of personnel
- Numerate and analytical
