We have an exciting opportunity for a Weighbridge Operator to join our dynamic team in Four Ashes. Our ERF utilises world-class technology to safely transform residual waste into energy for the National Grid. Our facility in Staffordshire is designed to process 340,000 tonnes of waste every year which is not suitable for recycling or composting. The facility will produce 26MW of energy for the National Grid suitable for powering 66,000 homes. To ensure the smooth operation of the Weighbridge facility and act as point of contact for customers Comply with all Health, Safety, HR and Environmental policies and procedures Responsible for ensuring that all legal obligations and regulations are met Check incoming loads, ensuring compliance with site licence and permitted waste types Accurately record weights & waste type by vehicle, completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures Ensure that vehicles delivering to site have the correct paperwork and EWC codes Assist with general administrative duties and customer service, answering the telephone and directing calls as appropriate What are we looking for?
