What you\’ll be doing;
Responsible for managing the fleet compliance for the contract.
Managing vehicle serving planning in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all in/out recording is completed inline with company policy.
Proactive fleet management inline with company policy.
To work with business applications ensuring compliance with VMR and VMS.
Manage driver performance and record/report taking appropriate action where falls short of legal requirements.
To maintain the current high safety standards in line with company policies and legal requirements.
To embrace new systems and ensure ability to record data/information – AVA
Communicating with suppliers and service providers is essential to deliver an effective well maintained operational fleet.
Building relationships with various stakeholders will be a key part of the role.
Communicating with regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and understanding on maintaining a safe fleet.

Knowledge and experience of the waste industry.
Knowledge and experience working in the transport logistics industry
IT Skills – Google platform
Working knowledge of Road Traffic Act and EU hours.
