Salary: £30,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits and use of a company van
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on our customers\’ facilities. You will ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Your role will involve managing a small team of staff, scheduling workloads, communicating effectively and travelling to numerous customer facilities in the UK to ensure compliance. What you\’ll be doing:
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Manage employee performance and provide feedback as needed
Schedule work shifts according to operational needs
Monitor stock levels and adjust collections accordingly
Ensure equipment is in good working order through regular inspections and repairs
Implement measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Communicate regularly with management regarding operational issues
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
