What you’ll be doing:
- Waste management (including weighing waste)
- Management of couriers, post, goods in/out
- Porterage services (lift & shift) where practical (ensuring H&S requirements are met)
- Daily completion of electronic records including logging of stores issued/courier services/volumes of post/reactive tasks/franking
- Report and repair any fabric/building faults identified whilst carrying out daily activities.
- Escort specialist subcontractors as instructed by the management and supervisory teams
- Deal with any complaints immediately and report them to the Team Supervisor
- Report faulty or damaged equipment to the relevant Supervisor
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to pass DBS check
- Experience in waste management operations including accurate weighing, recording, and disposal of waste materials
- Strong organisational and logistics coordination skills
- Proficiency in maintaining electronic records and data entry systems
- Building maintenance skills
- Interpersonal skills
