Coordinating with contractors and service providers for repairs, renovation and upgrades. Implementing and monitoring energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. Developing and implementing cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Supervising and managing the cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to Cleanroom and contract standards and procedures. Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and disposal of waste materials in compliance with environmental regulations. Prioritise proactive health and safety management, including thorough training and clear communication, to foster a culture of safety and well-being within soft services operations. Collaborating with the safety team to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate potential hazards. Negotiating and managing contracts with external service providers, such as cleaning companies, pest control, and catering contractors. Evaluating vendor performance and ensuring compliance with site requirements and service level agreements. Developing and managing budgets for soft services operations, including labour, materials, and contracted services. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, such as Cleanroom environmental, and safety regulations. What we\’re looking for: Highly organisational and professional individual with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Knowledge and experience of facilities soft services management and contract management. Good understanding of financial management, quoting and budgeting processes. Technical understanding of a manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment Knowledge and experience of contract KPI\’s and management of contractor performance. What\’s next?
