Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday on a rota basis + working 1 in 4 Saturdays

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead safety culture: Ensure compliance, risk assessments, accident investigations, security measures
- Manage daily operations: Lead team to meet performance targets and customer expectations
- Customer relations: Maintain visibility, monitor standards, build relationships with stakeholders
- Client partnership: Regular meetings, updates, collaborative problem-solving
- Resource management: Ensure adequate staffing, skills, and vehicle availability
- Staff development: Provide training, induction, and support for all team members
- Equipment oversight: Monitor PPE, tools, and technology usage
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records across all systems
- Performance analysis: Review data, promote continuous improvement
- HR responsibilities: Handle personnel matters, welfare, discipline, grievances
- Staff engagement: Promote company vision and values
- Budget control: Manage costs, productivity, overtime, and supplies
- Communication: Keep Operations Streets Manager informed of service/team matters
- Reporting: Produce written reports using various formats and data sources
- General duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by Line Manager
