Salary - £13,945.50 plus Veolia benefits
Hours - 20 per week - Evenings - 5pm - 9pm Monday to Friday, Overnight when needed

What will you be doing?
- Overseeing all of the cleaning activities
- Maintaining client requirements and compliance
- Assisting with training, coaching and development of teams
- Optimisation of all activities within scope
- Review of works completed and completion of task and staff audits
- Assist in measurement and management of performance against agreed KPIs
- Proactive management of sickness and absence within teams
- Dealing with recruitment of new staff including training new and current staff
- All safety and environmental excursions are tracked, monitored and reported to the appropriate department and investigated
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a similar supervisory role
- Working knowledge of cleaning practices
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety
- The right to work in the UK
