What you'll be doing:
- To liaise daily with the Streets Management team, making sure all the events are correctly assigned and any issues reported to the Operations Manager.
- To oversee collection services echo related while other Control member is not available.
- To deal with the dead animals process, making sure the procedures are followed including chip scanning and liaison with the Welfare Department at Brent Council.
- Take payment for bin sales in accordance with the GDPR protocol.
- Perform duties in an efficient & effective manner that will ensure maximum productivity.
- To accurately complete appropriate forms/paperwork, Team Safe Behaviour, near-miss reporting into relevant reporting systems when required.
- Comply with any site conditions and VMR requirements, ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Assisting with note taking (Investigation/disciplinaries) when required.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Prior experience in a similar environment would be essential
- The ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills at all levels is necessary.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety at work.
- IT Skills
- Echo experience
Desirable:
- Experience of Google Suite.
