Base salary of £28,000 plus 5% South East weighting and Veolia Benefits Package
Location: Aldermaston with occasional travel to our Cannock office
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday
Programme Duration: 2-year programme starting September 2026
Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 10th – 17th November and assessment days will take place between w/c 24th November – 1st December

Graduate Programme;
Our comprehensive Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience working on strategic projects while developing essential personal and professional skills. What you\’ll be doing;
- Shadowing various facilities management teams to learn about the Veolia business and our customer contracts
- Leading improvement programmes across a range of Facilities Management Contracts
- Providing feedback on observations to senior management and minor work processes
- Developing and rolling out a consistent approach to minor works across the Facilities Management sites
This position requires UK security clearance. Candidates must be British passport holders and UK-born to meet the mandatory security vetting requirements for this role.
What we\’re looking for;
- Degree-level qualification in any discipline with an interest in facilities management or business management (to be achieved by September 2026)
- Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel with occasional short stays away from home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
