Salary: £25,400, plus enhanced pension

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Support Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key fleet processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage fleet processes using Service Now system
  • Compile and analyse fleet data for regular reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in the Fleet Management System
  • Produce monthly KPI reports
  • Provide customer service support for fleet-related queries
  • Support system implementation and team training
  • Assist with month-end processing and P&L recharging

This position reports to the Fleet Asset Support Team Leader and involves interaction with all sites and workshops.

What we’re looking for:

Essential

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • NVQ L3 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

Desirable:

  • Experience with Tranman or similar fleet management systems
  • Background in transport, logistics, or fleet maintenance
