What you'll be doing:
- Manage and prioritise planned, preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance through the CMMS.
- Coordinate work requests, schedules and available resources to ensure maintenance is delivered efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and data to support reporting, performance monitoring and process improvement.
- Ensure health, safety, statutory and regulatory requirements are met, including task coordination, risk assessments and Permit to Work systems.
- Support maintenance and operations teams by managing contractors, providing technical feedback and helping optimise assets and processes.
What we're looking for:
Essential
- Health and Safety awareness/qualifications preferably to IOSH Managing Safely standards.
- Confined space awareness/qualification
- Competence in the issuing and use of all company permit to work systems
- Risk assessment and method statement training.
Desirable
- Skills in running and maintaining Wastewater processes and assets or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of all areas, sites and processes within the contract scope.
- Practical knowledge of Google packages, experience of computerised maintenance management package(s).
- Experience in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good commercial awareness.
