Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for supporting the ABM Manager in the delivery of the ABM strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive research of high-value target accounts, key stakeholders, competition and the offering to ensure communication resonates with the right decision makers.
- Develop in-depth insights reports for key accounts including comprehensive stakeholder mapping and individual persona development.
- Prepare research recommendations and strategic insights for campaign development.
- Work with the communications team to utilise media resonance and social listening tools to gather insights for ABM campaigns.
- Support in the execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns across current marketing automation software.
- Utilise full Marketing tech stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wider marketing, business development, policy and technical to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of ABM initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of messaging, content and delivery channels, managing expectations of projects and working to deadlines.
- Responsible for relationship building and nurturing across target accounts to deliver marketing qualified contacts.
- Ensure all Marketing generated data is managed legally and appropriately.
- Ownership of personal development plan to self-develop in marketing and professional skills.
- Establish relationships across the business units that ABM directly links into.
- Become a key point of contact for wider stakeholders outside of senior leadership teams.
- Develop progressive rapport with designated business development leads.
- Keep on top of sector trends and develop relationships with customers when marketing opportunities arise.
- Manage GDPR compliant data to utilise in campaigns.
