What you\’ll be doing; Participate in Hazardous Waste Business Development, including the development of specific business line strategies to deliver growth – Develop and maintain strong internal business relationships with Customer Services, Sales and Operations Teams with a focus on customer service, sales strategy and business growth. Support and gain an understanding of the hazardous waste sales process Attend sales team meetings. Serving business interests by focusing on successful customer retention and growth in line with business strategy and governance processes. Develop an in-depth understanding of hazardous waste treatment and disposal techniques and their environmental impact / benefits Providing Innovative Veolia solutions through customer tenders. Delivering Account Innovation and project management support to our Hazardous Waste accounts. – Represent the interests of Veolia and promote the value of our strategic objectives. This is a rotational role, so a successful candidate will be required to travel and rotate between different contracts. What we\’re looking for; – Degree qualification in chemistry, a science-based degree or a business degree with an A-level science such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics (to be achieved by September 2025) – Full UK Driving licence – High levels of written and verbal communication skills – Good numeracy skills – Good interpersonal skills – Confidence in the delivery of presentations – Good analytical skills and organisational skills What\’s next?
