Veolia is hiring in Cannock, Staffordshire. Salary is £30,000 per annum (rising to £32,000 after probation) with Veolia benefits. Hours are 40 per week on a rotating pattern of days and nights, followed by 18 days of scheduled holiday. Location: Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 8JP / Remote Hybrid.

What will you be doing?
- You will be first in line speaking to engineers and customers on the telephone, investigating faults on our combined heat and power generators
- Monitoring live alarms for our industrial assets (full training provided)
- Completing scheduled and (ad-hoc) reporting
- Using Google, Access and other BI tools to assess asset performance
- Supporting Veolia's crisis management process
- Adhering to written procedures when carrying out tasks
- Training is approximately the first six weeks.
What are we looking for?
- Previous customer focus, call handling experience
- Good IT skills including Excel / analysis
- Problem solving experience
- Analytical skills and mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage
