What you\’ll be doing;

  • Assist with accurate recording of spend against budget and receipting capital and purchase orders.
  • Assist with report compilation, including entering and recording information on several databases.
  • Manage the site to ensure that administrative and reporting requirements are met to maintain contract compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Management of site utilities and environmental reporting in line with permit requirements.
  • Ensure the site meets the requirements of the PPC/Environmental Permit, Health & Safety at Work Act, and other statutory controls, company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all KPI\’s are completed on time.
  • Investigate and respond to any invoice queries.
  • Manage a team of machine drivers and office staff during day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the operation of a number of vehicles and yellow plant machinery.

What we\’re looking for;

Essential

  • Research, data analysis and accurate data entry, with clear & concise reporting.
  • Excellent IT knowledge and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good understanding of financial requirements including budgets and P&L\’s.
  • Ability to manage/supervise a team.
  • Clean UK driving licence is essential.

Desirable

  • Experience of yellow plant machinery and equipment is advantageous.
  • CoTC holder is advantageous.
  • IOSH is advantageous.
  • Previous operational/administrative experience gained in a similar industry
