The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Salary: £35,896.00 per annum, plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Marsh Road, Wembley, London, HA0 1ES

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing contract documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Processing financial transactions including purchase orders, invoices, and payroll administration.
  • Creating and distributing key performance reports and operational analytics.
  • Coordinating and delivering community-focused social value initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate contract records, amendments, and service agreements.
  • Overseeing daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensuring all regulatory compliance documentation is current and properly filed.
  • Coordinating essential safety compliance including site daily checks, PAT testing and Legionella monitoring schedules for all depots.
  • Providing professional secretarial support for various meetings including disciplinary proceedings.
  • Supporting management teams with administrative requirements across all service areas.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • GCSE (Five A-C to include Maths and English)
  • Organised and methodical with a commitment and drive to improve standards
  • Experience in project management, customer service, supervisor and/or financial environments.

Desirable:

  • Commercial awareness - knowledge of Waste Industry
  • Understanding of end-to-end customer processes
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • NVQ and / or Further Education/Degree is an advantage
