Based in our High Wycombe Office with Hybrid working (3 days in office), this is a Fixed Term Contract (Mat Cover until end of Jan 2026), Full-time, 37 hours. The role offers 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro rated) + your birthday off, a comprehensive pension scheme, and access to our benefits platform.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing administrative support for the entire recruitment process
  • Managing job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining candidate database and tracking systems
  • Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Driving our candidate experience
