Based in our High Wycombe Office with Hybrid working (3 days in office), this is a Fixed Term Contract (Mat Cover until end of Jan 2026), Full-time, 37 hours.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing administrative support for the entire recruitment process
  • Managing job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining candidate database and tracking systems
  • Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Driving our candidate experience

What are we looking for?

  • A proactive self-starter who is confident in working both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent administration, coordination and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and multi-tasking is key
  • Experience in recruitment and working with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
