The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

This role involves frequent international travel, occasionally with minimal advance notice. When not travelling, you will follow a hybrid work model, splitting your time between remote work and regular in-person visits to ELGA headquarters in Lane End, High Wycombe.

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours. 25 Annual Leave + UK Bank Holidays (with option to buy/sell), Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Access to a Private GP and much more!

Your mission:

  • Drive sales volumes across your region while providing valuable insights to ELGA HQ on market trends and product needs.
  • Develop tailored plans for each business unit to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on key accounts, ensuring you hit your quarterly and annual financial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product management teams to set ambitious growth targets and execute impactful strategies.

  • Engage effectively with clients at all levels, showcasing your ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and draft sales plans and contracts in collaboration with your ELGA colleagues.
  • Lead regular meetings with existing customers to strengthen partnerships and ensure lasting business success.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring their strategies and identifying new business growth opportunities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms.
  • Business-conscious and commercially astute.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
