Join our dynamic Sales Operations team and become integral to our revenue growth strategy. Working directly with the Services Growth Leader, you'll develop expertise in sales pipeline management, revenue reporting, and forecasting excellence while contributing to our ecological transformation mission.
This role offers certified professional sales training and access to integrated Salesforce CRM systems, providing you with the tools to succeed in an international environment. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to both industrial and municipal sectors while developing commercial acumen and technical knowledge.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Learn to manage and analyse sales pipelines
- Develop skills in revenue reporting and forecasting
- Build understanding of lead generation and qualification processes
- Support commercial deal development
- Learn about digital monitoring and insight technology
- Develop expertise in water treatment solutions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to market analysis and trend identification
- Support project management and delivery teams
- Participate in marketing activities across UK & Ireland
Qualifications Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing, Sales Operations or Business Related Degree
- Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
- Interest in sales growth organisations and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving capabilities

- Full UK driving licence - a car will be provided
