Permanent, 37.5 hours a week.
Schedule
40 hours a week on a 4âon, 4âoff rota â 4 days of focused work followed by 4 days off to recharge.

What You Will Do
As a Service Engineer, your key responsibilities include:
- OnâSite Maintenance: Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, upgrades and refurbishments.
- Technical Support: Provide afterâsales technical and commercial support to clients, gathering feedback to inform future product development.
- Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering recommendations to improve system reliability and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: Handsâon resolution of challenges to keep systems running smoothly.
- OnâCall Flexibility: Join the âOnâCall Rotaâ to ensure clients receive timely support.

Qualifications
Experience: Prior work as a Service Engineer in the Healthcare and Scientific market. Knowledge of water treatment or wastewater plants is desirable.
Qualifications: NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification â higher education is ideal but not mandatory.
ClientâFacing Skills: Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions and handling challenging conversations.
Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professionalism: Punctual, presentable and customerâservice focused.
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
