What Will You Be Doing
- Complete maintenance duties and as when required
- Bulking of packaged material / waste for treatment
- Repacking of packaged material for onward disposal
- Direct visiting drivers to the correct areas - acting as reversing assistant when required
- Report and deal with contamination, non-compliant waste / product and any spills, leaks, litter, safe stacking of packaged waste, clean and well maintained bunds, odours or dust
- Checking that Hazardous Waste is stored in accordance with the site environmental permit
- Use a 2-way radio / marine band VHF
What Are We Looking For Essential:
- Similar operational yard experience
- Good working knowledge of Health & safety
- Previous maintenance experience
