Salary - £28,683.64 plus overtime when needed
Hours - 42.5 per week. Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 16:00 (30 mins unpaid lunch daily) Saturday – 08:00 till 13:00

What will you be doing?
- Checking incoming wastes
- Operating a front shovel loader to shred the waste
- Maintaining compost piles and compost finishing line
- Carrying out site operations of the compost site day to day activities
- Responsible for Site Operations covering composts, leachate management
- Responsible for plant and maintenance
- Deputising for senior site operator in their absence
- Responsible for plant and associated attachments on all sites, including maintenance
- Operating weighbridge
- Checking incoming loads
- Windrow turning using a front shovel loader
- Litter picking the site
What are we looking for?
- Front shovel loader licence or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience in a similar operational manual handling role
- Willing to complete CMS training
- Health and Safety awareness
