The Marketing Lead will be responsible for delivering campaigns for Veolia UK's portfolio of products and services aimed at specific target markets. You will be responsible for managing a small team of 2 people whilst building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the wider business and maintaining collaboration with the marketing operations team.

What will you be doing?

  • The Marketing Lead will project own dynamic and innovative campaigns to a specific demographic of customers.
  • Drive growth whilst mentoring your team to be high performers.
  • Work towards the 12-month marketing strategy plans to ensure the objectives are met within the Transactional and Products team.
  • Research to keep on top of trends, challenges and opportunities within the sector.
  • Responsible for liaising with key stakeholders through the marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for networking with peers to ensure a streamlined customer experience.
  • The Marketing Lead will drive our sustainability message via campaigns.

What are we looking for?

  • Managing a longstanding strategy.
  • Multi-channel marketing experience, with more emphasis on the digital skills side.
  • Experience in copywriting and publishing content.
  • An understanding of marketing tools to improve customer experience.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience.
  • Understanding of a brand and how it can be perceived in the target market through the appropriate advertising.
