What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost reports, documentation and project updates to support accurate decision-making
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, clarify costs and track project progress
  • Supporting the project team by providing accurate and timely cost data and measurements
  • Assisting in ensuring all project activities comply with relevant environmental standards and regulations

What we’re looking for

  • A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related construction discipline
  • Proficiency in IT, including Google and Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload effectively
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Previous exposure to work placements, internships or construction-related projects would be advantageous
