What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and team mental and physical wellbeing.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of operatives, staff and site based support to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised.
- Compliance with Veolia requirements & Fleet requirements through audit.
- Using Power BI for daily / weekly / monthly reviews.
- Managing people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service.
- Be the nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for Fleet management and compliance.
- Drive efficiencies within the job role to maximise profit.
- Utilise data to improve operational performance.
- Creating a customer excellence approach & culture.
- Delivery of a first time collection culture.
- Managing people & assets to deliver / exceed service expectations.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in waste and fleet management.
- Transport CPC - essential Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience.
- Financial management experience.
