What you’ll do
- As a Service Technician you’ll be the trusted face of Water Technologies at customer sites completing a variety of water hygiene tasks including:
- Temperature monitoring, water sampling and shower cleans and descales
- TMV servicing and cold water storage tank inspections and disinfecting
- Assisting with cooling tower cleaning and disinfection
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations
- Recording and reporting work using digital tools (ZetaSafe, Word, Excel)
- Building strong client relationships and offering proactive recommendations
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Legionella control services
- Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 (training desirable if not yet achieved)
- Good IT skills and experience with Google apps and email
- Full UK driving licence
- A team player with strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- Experience with Zeta mobile app or similar is a plus
