What you’ll be doing:
- Responsibility of reconciling accounts to Audit level
- Providing accurate and timely reports back to suppliers to ensure Business Continuity
- Ensure payments to suppliers are made correctly and on time
- Ability to interrogate the finance and linked systems to ensure all targets are met
- To be able to time manage with limited supervision
- Ensure payment terms are met to ensure Business Continuity
- Ability to work within SLA
- Maintaining company procedures and processes, to ensure company policy is adhered to
- Liaise with Suppliers confidently and professionally
What we’re looking for:
- Technology Literate
- Ability to adapt to new processes and systems
- Good communication skills and self-motivated
- Positive attitude with a flexible approach
- Knowledge of Workday desirable
- Understanding statement reconciliation processes
- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, knowledge of lookups desirable
