Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful delivery of water projects within our Water Projects Construction Team, leading your team to meet or exceed project objectives, including health, safety, quality, scope, cost, programme, risk and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Diverse range of projects across infrastructure and non‑infrastructure projects for clean and waste water.
- Working on projects in Aldermaston and Salisbury Plain region, with national opportunities forthcoming.
- Collaborating with and coordinating specialist internal teams and managing external supply chain partners.
- Ensuring site construction and commissioning activities comply with regulations and permits and Veolia internal procedures.
- Championing best practice in project management techniques and ensuring full implementation of project management processes.
- Providing robust governance of projects including review of programme, risk, costs, margin and due diligence.
- Ensuring regular reporting for all projects including time, cash flow, budget and risks.
- Flexibility to travel to varying project locations.
Qualifications
- Previous construction project management experience.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Influencing and negotiating skills with high‑level stakeholders.
- Experience within the water sector.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and deliver update reports.

Salary: 65,000 per annum, plus company car / car allowance and competitive annual bonus.
Location: Hybrid working 2 to 3 days a week on site Aldermaston.
