Overview

You will be responsible for being first in line speaking to engineers and customers on the telephone, investigating faults on our combined heat and power generators. Monitoring live alarms for our industrial assets (full training provided). Completing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting. Using Google, Access and other BI tools to assess asset performance. Supporting Veolia's crisis management process. Adhering to written procedures when carrying out tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer focus, call handling experience
  • Good IT skills including Excel / analysis
  • Problem solving experience
  • Analytical skills and mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage

  • Rotating shift pattern consisting of days and nights with 18 days scheduled holiday.
  • Location - Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 8JP / Remote Hybrid.
