Overview

Veolia is looking for a Waste Treatment Facility Operative. This role offers opportunities for development, including eligibility for the LGV apprentice scheme after 6 months. Responsibilities

  • Ensure recycling materials are separated to meet the required standards
  • Sort out individual materials on the sorting conveyor
  • Ensure the work area and the plant is kept in a clean and tidy condition
  • Quality checks
  • Operate mobile plant when required (following completion of training)

Qualifications

  • Similar operational / manual handling experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience working on a waste treatment facility is desirable
