What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement workplace safety management systems and employee welfare protocols
  • Lead teams through hands‑on management while establishing a strong on‑site presence for staff support
  • Gain practical experience implementing HR processes and procedures aligned with organisational standards
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes based on current compliance
  • Manage operations, including H&S standards, fleet compliance, financial processes, and contract performance
  • Build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships with clients and residents
  • Analyse operational systems and present data‑driven recommendations for equipment and process improvements
  • Conduct performance analyses, including incident investigations and corrective action plans
  • Resolve complex operational challenges using systematic problem‑solving methodologies
  • Drive performance excellence by establishing quality standards and using data to measure against key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • Degree‑level qualification in Business, Management, Logistics or Transport (to be achieved by September 2026)
  • Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially relocate for role requirements if in a rotational role
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Problem‑solving mindset and a desire for continuous improvement

Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 17th‑24th November and assessment days will take place between w/c 1st‑8th December.
