We are seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to work alongside our Contract Manager ensuring smooth operations across our TWM Contract in the North West (Preston / Blackburn). This role offers the opportunity to work with over 30 internal contacts and 20 external contacts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for supervisors and site operatives.
- Support sustainability and innovation projects.
- Process payroll, new starters, leavers, and payroll changes.
- Prepare monthly data and KPI reports.
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and payment records.
- Maintain vehicle files and coordinate inspections.
- Ensure compliance with customer and company ISO standards.
Excellent time management abilities. - Full clean driving licence.
- IT Literate (Working across Microsoft and Google platforms).
- Be able to obtain site security requirements (full BPSS and SC clearance).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in coordination/administration within an operational environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
