Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal, handling both internal and external customer queries with efficiency and accuracy. Manage the complete customer journey from initial query through to collection scheduling, ensuring all work is completed within agreed team targets. Handle customer calls swiftly and professionally, providing accurate information including quotations while maintaining full compliance with Health and Safety policies. Book transport, input waste details into the Salesforce system, order labels, and liaise with the external sales team to keep customers informed. Complete all necessary legislative paperwork and ensure correct data entry to enable efficient servicing of customers while maintaining compliance with Veolia policies and procedures.

Previous customer service experience with proven ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently. Strong computer literacy and proficiency with data entry systems. Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet team targets.

Desirable: Previous experience in the waste industry or knowledge of Salesforce systems. A proactive team player with drive and energy who is committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
