Organise resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to best effect prioritising the well-being of our people and service to our customers and communities. Ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles. Monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, problem-solve for operational challenges. Deliver a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPI's. Lead our people & assets to deliver/exceed service expectations. Develop an excellent day-to-day relationship with client officers and residents, built on trust and service delivery. Ensure operations are run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans. Investigate safety incidents, underperformance and disciplinary incidents.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence - non negotiable
- Prior experience in Management in logistics Management or operations management.
- Management experience of large, diverse workforces.
- Experience in developing/mentoring people.
- Multi-faceted Stakeholder relationship management, including Clients, Contractors and members.
- Desirable: IOSH Managing Safely qualifications
- Prior experience within the Waste Management is highly advantageous
- HGV C1 Licence highly desirable
Additional Information
- Salary: Β£41,252.53 per annum, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, with 30 mins unpaid break.
- Working one in five weekends (Saturday and Sunday), for which you will receive a day in lieu.
- Location: Watermead Way, Tottenham, N17 0FJ.
