- Driving to planned collection locations and loading waste into the vehicle.
- You will be expected to load if you are not driving on any particular day.
- Driving 7.5 Waste Vehicles to support the service.
- Complete daily checks of the vehicle and use the onboard technology to complete work notes.
- Comply with all traffic laws and legislation and ensure their work environment is safe and clean at all times.
- Working closely with your team to ensure that all-round information is completed daily from your onboard service.
- Ensuring that Veolia complies with their contractual obligations eg any spillages are cleaned up.
- Ensuring the vehicle is tipped, washed and the cab is left clear of litter, uniform and personal items at the end of your shift.
- Accurately complete paperwork.

- An up-to-date CPC / DIGI card.
- Ability to work well as a team member, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills are essential
- Desirable: Local geographical knowledge is highly desirable. Prior Experience in the waste industry
