Were looking for a Storesperson for an initial 12-month contract in an expanding manufacturing business near Camberley.
The role will ensure stock and non-stock items are received, booked in, stored, picked, and delivered to internal and external customers in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Youll be offering support to other departments, providing great customer service, and investigating stock discrepancies.
The role will require you to follow health and safety procedures, upholding a high standard of safety and driving 5S improvements.
Were looking for: Previous Stores experience in a production environment would be ideal Experience handling electronic components in an ESD environment, and handling electro-mechanical parts would be desirable but not essential Ability to communicate well with others and work in a team Keen to learn new tasks and work on own initiative IT literate with experience using stock control software Good attention to detail for counting, weighing, labelling, picking A positive attitude with a willingness to be flexible, and to help others Able to spot opportunities for improvements and make reasonable suggestions to eliminate errors.
This role requires a current UK driving license.
A forklift license would be ideal but not essential as training can be gained in the role.
