The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Part-time 25 hours per week or similar, with flexibility on the working days. Could develop into a full-time role if desired. We are looking for a detail-focused Quality Inspector to join our clients Quality Team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, inspecting electrical sub-assemblies, PCBs, cables and finished products to ensure they meet the required drawings, specifications, workmanship standards and quality requirements.

The Quality Inspector will:

  • Inspect incoming, subcontracted and in-house manufactured components, sub-assemblies and finished products against drawings, parts lists and specifications.
  • Carry out patrol inspections across assembly and test production areas, helping to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Check that the correct paperwork and certification accompany materials and components being inspected.
  • Record inspection results, maintaining accurate information in the system, and escalating quality concerns promptly.
  • Support product sign-off for despatch, ensuring relevant teams understand key quality requirements and procedures.

About you: You will be organised, quality-focused and confident working with detailed information. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and able to understand and interpret technical documentation.
