We are searching for an energetic highly organised Account Manager or Project Manager to assist with the delivery of the Learning and Development programmes. This person will have a can do attitude, be a great planner, have a friendly and easy-going attitude and a passion for delivering a professional service. If you have a creative marketing, events or project management background, ideally within an agency, and you love to embrace challenges, this role may be for you . As the Account Manager/Programme Manager your role will involve: Project Management and Planning Liaising with clients pre and post programme scheduling Diary Management Scheduling project work across the year Preparing materials for L&D Compiling and summarising post programme feedback documents Working with the team on creating, planning and executing proposals and identify new business within your own client portfolio Overseeing sales forecasts Ensuring expenses are captured. Preparing invoices Supporting with marketing campaigns, ensuring the CRM system is up to date. General administration Person Profile This role would suit someone such as a project manager/events manager from a commercial environment. A team player who can work independently to high standards.
