Project Administrator £31-33K, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established business based in Fleet, Hampshire. We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the team in the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a varied coordination role, working closely with project, site and commercial teams to keep information accurate, documentation up to date and communication flowing smoothly between internal colleagues, subcontractors and external stakeholders. As Project Administrator, you will: Maintain accurate project records, site folders, drawings and key documentation. Support project compliance and health and safety administration. Coordinate information between project teams, subcontractors and site contacts. Assist with weekly reporting, archiving and general project administration. Provide wider commercial and office administration support. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident prioritising a busy workload and comfortable coordinating information across multiple teams and companies.
