Working closely with the Operations Manager, this position provides day-to-day support to senior leadership while also playing a hands-on role in the smooth running of our office, projects, and logistics. It is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys juggling priorities, solving problems, and being at the heart of a busy operation.
Alongside executive support responsibilities, you will collaborate with project, procurement, and site-based teams to help coordinate stock, deliveries, and resources across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support to the Manager and Director, alongside general administrative, operational, and logistical support to project managers, site teams, and the wider office.
- Act as a central point of coordination between office, warehouse, and site-based teams.
- Support the procurement process by placing orders, monitoring lead times, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain and update the stock control system.
- Manage delivery schedules, documentation, and records to maintain clear visibility across projects.
- Coordinate the movement of stock from warehouse locations to multiple project sites.
- Arrange accommodation as required.
- Support equipment hire, supplier liaison, and the resolution of delivery or stock discrepancies.
About You: You are naturally organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams. You enjoy supporting senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on with operational detail, and you are confident communicating with suppliers and coordinating logistics.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, within a busy, collaborative environment. Due to location and a few errands, access to transport is required.
