Are you able to lead a high-performing busy Investment and Pensions team in a supportive, forward-thinking environment? We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader or Senior Pension & Investment Administrator to guide and inspire a local financial services team. You’ll lead, coach, and support your team while managing pensions and investments, including transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and complex cases. You’ll also be the go-to point for technical queries and process improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience at a senior level or managing Investment and Pension teams
- Knowledge of client management systems (IO or similar)
- Relevant financial planning experience/qualifications (or working towards them)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
