Do you have fast and accurate keyboard skills? We\’re looking for a detail-driven Sales Order Administrator to manage the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase orders. You will be joining a hardworking, energetic team with great dynamics, a fun culture, and an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate purchase orders against quotes, credit limits, and customer details
  • Raise sales orders and purchase orders using SAP
  • Place and track orders with vendors, ensuring all licences and documentation are receipted
  • Liaise with Finance to support smooth and accurate invoicing
  • Resolve or escalation order queries to minimise delays
  • Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date
  • Support the wider team during busy periods

This role is key to ensuring orders are right first time and delivered in line with SLAs.

Skills required

  • Strong attention to detail, quick and numerical accuracy
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, proactive, and a strong team player

Desirable

  • Previous admin or data entry experience
  • SAP and/or Salesforce experience
  • A-levels or equivalent
