What you’ll be doing:
- Manage enquiries, quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, helpful customer and product support
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns and promotions
- Build positive relationships with customers and spot opportunities to add value
- Keep data and order systems up to date (full training provided)
- Learn how the brand and sector perform, with the opportunity to take on more ownership over time
