HR Officer | Hook, Hampshire | £40,000–£45,000 We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to take on a varied, standalone people role with the opportunity to shape and develop their own team.
This permanent, full-time position would suit someone confident, organised, and ready to provide practical HR support across the business, supporting around 150 employees across the Group.
The role reports into the FD and will be fully office based initially during the handover and while you get to know the business.
Key responsibilities of the HR Officer Act as a trusted HR contact across the UK business and wider group.
Support management systems, personnel activity, and day-to-day employee matters.
Lead recruitment and induction for new starters.
Keep HR policies compliant with employment law and statutory requirements.
Advise senior management on employment law, salaries, redundancy, and confidential people matters.
