This is a varied role combining front-of-house, client coordination and administration, where every day is different and attention to detail is essential.

The Role Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.

Manage appointments, diaries and enquiries.

Prepare, check and process confidential documentation.

Ensure records and forms are completed accurately and on time.

Coordinate communications before and after appointments.

Maintain electronic records and databases.

Support the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administration.

Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks.
