What you’ll be doing:
- Keep the hub running
- Make sure the office stays stocked, organised and running smoothly
- Manage supplies, deliveries and shared spaces
- Help manage the company vehicle fleet (servicing, MOTs, tax)
- Be the engine behind the scenes
- Support daily operations, purchasing and stock control
- Place and track orders for furnishings, equipment and materials
- Maintain order trackers, delivery schedules and documentation
- Coordinate deliveries from warehouse to multiple locations
- Work with suppliers and solve delivery or order issues fast
- Provide admin and logistics support across projects
- Book accommodation for travelling teams
- Help prepare information packs and key documentation
- Print drawings and project info when needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Sign for deliveries and make sure they reach the right people
- Jump into general admin and ad-hoc tasks when needed
